Today after church we drove down to Poteet for their annual Strawberry Festival. When we first pulled in, I saw one of the unique things I will miss about here: their mounted traffic monitors. :)
Darling Natalie and Brenna at lunch - one of our first orders of business upon our arrival.
Colin shared the wonderful barbeque Michael and I chose for lunch! It was SO good - another of the few things I'll miss about San Antonio! He also later totally pigged out on my strawberry shortcake!
Brenna was so excited about the rides. The carousel was the first thing she wanted to ride!
Wow! Two pictures of just the four of us in just over a week! Amazing!
My two favorite boys.
We just discovered that Lily has two teeth starting to poke through! She's going to be having steak for the first time with Colin I guess!
We had so much fun and when we got home, we decided to continue the strawberry-themed day with a dinner of beef roulade and some chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert! :) Yummy!
Also somehow the only pictures of strawberries I took all day! LOL!

wait, what's all this about things you'll miss - are you leaving already??
Nah, not yet...just thinkin'! Two of my friends are moving in this spring though, so I've been considering what I will actually miss - not the drivers, that's for sure! :) We are hoping for AFIT Fall '10. You need to get down here to visit SOON though before we do leave! LOL!

oh! i thought they *were* enabled...turns out only for people with google accounts, which i didn't realize was so restricted. it's fixed...also i should probably *post* on there occasionally...but thank you :) and yes i really really do need to get down to see you. i hope this summer.
