Happy Birthday Big Boy!

Today was officially Colin's 2nd birthday! I can't believe my baby has gotten so big so fast!

After having so much to do the past week and a half, we kept today pretty low key though. Michael and I worked in the nursery during early service this morning, which meant we got a great chance to start off the day playing with Colin. I got one of his Sunday school teachers to take a family picture of us before we dropped him off in his classroom.
Most of the day we just enjoyed spending time together as a family and then in the evening we asked Colin what he wanted to eat. He wanted to either go to "noodles, sticks, gong" (Genghis Grill) or to have "enchiladas, rice, beans," so we opted for one of our favorite Mexican restaurants.
Isn't it a bit creepy how alike they look sometimes?
Colin got his enchiladas and enjoyed gobbling up the whole plateful. He was sweet and talkative all throughout dinner.
He's getting pretty good at holding up two fingers and saying "two" when you ask him how old he is! He even did it for our waiter tonight.
We got him a piece of Mexican chocolate cake with two candles in it for dessert.
It only took two tries to blow them both out! LOL!
I think he enjoyed his day which ended with a bath and watching "Plant Earsh (Planet Earth)". Happy birthday sweetie!

Love that birthday boy!
Yikes, Michael and Colin do look alike in that picture. (Did you check Colin's mustache area!)

Love the pictures. We had a great time visiting you, but I sure miss those raspberry kisses and head butts!
